Tom never scheduled his 1 on 1 session. He has only emailed countless questions which have all been responded to. Whether he received my responses or not is out of my control. I have every single response documented.
After nearly a year of endless questions via email, without ever scheduling the 1 hour session, he claims I haven’t responded to him and then requests a refund while simultaneously threatening to leave negative reviews if he did not get his refund.
Regardless of how much time and effort I have already spent helping Tom, he would have gotten his refund by simply requesting it. But because I don’t respond well to threats, Tom will NEVER get a refund from me.
