Hi Steve, I'm sorry to hear you didnt get your order. The tracking shows your order was delivered April 24th by 'Canada Post Expedited Parcel'. I am not in control of your local delivery services and don't think the product deserves a 1 star review.

Unfortunately there's nothing I can do about an order that shows as delivered by your carrier. I suggest you call your local post office for more information on where your package is.

Package Lost or Stolen

Unfortunately I cannot rate my merchandise because my package was lost or stolen. It says delivered but there was no package. I have filed a claim with UPS.
